Hello.

I am low hemoglobin and so anemia.
so I need to take iron and B12 supplement.

Right now I am folowing Protocol 1000 with ratio 1:1, but I have read that MMS chelate metal. More Vitamin B12 is like an anti-oxydant I guess.
So I don't know when during the day to take iron and B12.
Thank you for your help

Best Regards

CLO2 from MMS1 stays in your body about one hour. So, if you take supplements 1 hour after your last MMS1 dose of the day, those supplements should be gone the next day when you start taking MMS again.

If you don't have Jim Humble's latest book MMS Health Recovery Guidebook  I suggest you get the print and/or ebook version. Most, if not all your questions, should be answered by the book.
