Are you referring to MMS Tablets sold here: www.mmstabs.com ?

You can ingest them, keeping in mind that they sometimes get stuck part-way down to your stomach and cause lots of burning! Also, the tabs will activate in water, so you can't take them with water. Try putting them into empty capsules first. They are expensive, which is another reason to make your own MMS1. Other protocols could not be followed using MMS tabs such as the bag protocol.

By the way, the preferred activator is 4% HCL instead of 50% citric acid. Citric acid tastes terrible and some people have stomach problems when they ingest it.

What I don't get, is why does the Chlorine Dioxide need to be created outside the body and then ingested, when you could just drink the purified water, which has the chlorine dioxide already in it? Or is it not nearly strong enough?

Check out this forum topic and you will see that there is a way to ingest MMS without activating/creating CLO2 externally. 5y9qCOsO Topic Author Offline New Member Posts: 15 Thank you received: 1	Thanks, But that is drinking Sodium Chlorite and having your stomach acid activate it, which is fine if you have enough acid. Is there a reason why you can't drink Chlorine Dioxide directly, by adding a tablet to the water?

If you want to ingest only CLO2, then make some CDS, which is CLO2 in distilled water. Check out this forum for CDS and my website, mmsinfo.org.

Aquaprove tablets provide 2000 ppm when added to their bottle of water. CDS is normally used at 3000 ppm CLO2 concentration. I don't know what additional ingredients Aquaprove CLO2 solution might contain. CDS is quite pure and can be made using the same two ingredients used to make MMS1.

5y9qCOsO Topic Author Offline New Member Posts: 15 Thank you received: 1	Thanks Just having trouble getting Sodium Chlorite, so looking for alternatives, like Calcium Hypochlorite, which is easily available, or a tablet that makes CLO2, but I understand that you don't really know what you're getting with the tablets. Is there much difference between MMS1 and MMS2? Would MMS2 combat viruses, parasites etc?

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
