Inhaling CLO2 gas ? how bad is it ?

Well, i have felt something coming on in my sinus and it didnt feel like a standard summer cold, i thought it was a more serious bacterial sinusitis... i thought it might be bacteria. so i put i mixed up some mms and activator and inhaled some. in thru the nose and some gas into my lungs. it was burning quite a bit so i stopped after about 4. that was a couple nights ago. although from inhaling MMS gas, it feels just like a chest cold. i am not coughing up anything. it feels tight. having done some research i see it is what NOT to do. since it feels like a chest cold i hope it will also heal up like one. is there anything to do that will help this out ? i assume it will improve on its own just as a chest cold would. any sort of recovery aid i need to know about ? Thanks

i originally started because the bones in the bridge of my nose were hurting and i thought sinusitis. well i am glad to say the bones stopped hurting as of now. now if my bronchial tubes will just calm down.
