Normal saline: okay or not for MMS?

To prepare MMS (with Sodium Chlorite flakes), would it be okay to substitute normal saline for distilled water?
Or not okay?

Asking because distilled water is difficult to find in my location (Bangkok).
Normal saline easy to find.

I've looked at pharmacies and large supermarkets:
No distilled water at all.
I searched local forums: others also frustrated trying to find distilled water.
Auto battery shops have "purified" water, but in cheap, flimsy, plastic bottles, and I don't trust the quality.

Normal saline solution here (in Thailand) describes itself as,
- Sterile Isotonic Sodium Chloride Solution
- High temperature sterilization
- Free from bacteriostatics
- Pyrogen free
- 0.9 g of Sodium Chloride per 100 ml.

Please advise.

On page 252 in Jim Humble's latest book MMS Health Recovery Guidebook he talks about administering MMS1 in a saline solution IV drip bag, so it must be okay. If you have CLO2 test strips, you can find out if saline solution will reduce CLO2 in MMS1.

After only a little reading on this forum, I have started to trust your advice.

Before posting this question, I searched this forum and found a few comments about saline, including use with animals, so there is precedent.
And a Google search showed some MMS vendors mention saline.
So far, nothing against it.

Other people in foreign countries, unable to find distilled water for MMS, I wonder what they do.
For that problem, normal saline looks to be a practical alternative.
And, in Thailand anyway, easily available at every pharmacy.

Water distillers are not too expensive. I make my DW.
