That looks the same as the wiki version.
I see a lot of folk don't seem to understand Jim's advice on this but I'm not one of them.I respect all the protocols which I know have been worked out over many years.I'm not the sort of person who thinks more is better.Thanks for the heads up though.I think correct information is important.And that version is easier to print out I think.So thank you.

My version of the Starting Procedure is basically the same as the original, but I also include info on using MMS1 Tablets, CDS and CDH with the protocol. And, this version is in PDF format so printing should be easy compared to trying to print a web page, which usually is not very successful.
