Hello. Click on the link "HIV and AIDS" at the bottom of this page. That should get you started. I would also suggest to buy Jim's books, link at the top of this page, "Books".

Sadboy - don't despair. I had no reason to believe I was positive but found out due to an infection that wouldn't respond to antibiotics and a routine test gave me the news. My situation was dire, but things have turned around for me. And they will for you, too!

There are resources you can utilize, organizations which help those who are struggling financially, physically, and emotionally. Seek them out and make use of them.

As CLO2 mentioned - click on the HIV and AIDS link at the bottom. Jim's book is worth it as well. Contact me if your situation does not allow you to purchase this book.

Read the protocols, learn what MMS can do, learn how to use it, and read other discussion threads as you can learn from them too. I struggled at first using citric acid but have switched to HCl at the advice of others and am able to continue the protocol, although not quite at the dose I'd like to yet. For some reason I react strongly to as few as 3 drops at a time (and I wouldn't be surprised if someone comments on my statement as that is how this forum works).

I can tell you that my CD4 count was seriously low - my doctor asked if I had my "affairs in order". But I've seen decent jumps in the counts since doing MMS - even though I have never been able to go beyond 3 days in a row (due to the strong reaction).

Good luck to you!

mms2user: I am on meds and trying to use MMS. My situation is I am HIV positive and have cancer.

I've struggled a lot in my attempts to use MMS. Nausea and diarrhea that would last for a few days beyond stopping of the protocols. With help of this forum I switched from citric acid to HCl as my activator and am seeing improvements. I still have to ramp up the drops slowly and I can run into issues with nausea and diarrhea, but I'm having more success than before.

I am currently on attempt 4 of protocol 1000 (I have never made it to the point of being able to use MMS2). I am able to take 3 drops per hour for about 6 hours and then start to feel some effects. That has happened the past 2 days. So I plan to stay at roughly 18 drops per day total until I don't see the effects, then bump up by a drop or two per day and see how it goes.

My body is holding the cancer in check at the moment so I'm fortunate. Additionally, even with the limited time on MMS, I have seen decent jumps in my CD4 count - an important marker for HIV progression (lowering of CD4 counts shows progression).

Thanks!
