So... anyone have any ideas of how to live that lifestyle - I.E. Gluten free, citric acid free on a limited income? I have been trying to figure it out... been on P. 1000 for quite some time now.
Can't get assistance, they won't help.
I did that lifestyle for 8 or 9 months - it was not difficult for me, but I was determined to do it. If you are interested, I would recommend her book - I believe reading the book is a prereq to asking questions and posting on her groups.
