Hello. This is my first time posting here. I have a question about using MMS in a sauna. I have a far-infrared sauna -- one of those cheap ones you get from Ebay that kind of looks like this:
www.ebay.com/itm/FAR-INFRARED-SAUNA-PORTABLE-BEST-SLIMMING-EQUIPMENT-WELL-BEING-DRY-HEAT-c5-/370955985658?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item565eb322fa

I know ozone can be used in a steam sauna, and the steam opens the pores to allow the ozone in. So I was thinking I would put some activated MMS in a small glass bowl in the far-infrared sauna while sitting in it. There's no steam in a far-infrared sauna, but I sweat so much that I imagine my pores would be fairly open. Is this a good idea?

Very similar to the "bag protocol" - should be able to do it with no problem, Tely - try to avoid deep breathing of fumes. I'm pretty sure that Michael has the technique typed up on his page www.michaelharrah.us/

Thank you, Pam! I just read about the bag protocol, and now I understand why I was more nauseous than usual last night. In addition to my 70 drops orally and 40 drops via enema, I did 24 drops in the sauna, and I guess that's a pretty powerful delivery method after all.
