Just started 1000 Protocoll need help please

HI , I am NOT sick just doing the 1000 protocol for preventive . Started 10 days ago and not trouble with it till day 7. Sunday. Diarrhea I mean liquid. No cramps just Diarrhea. Had Coal tablets so took 6 in a 8 hour time frame.
Monday no diarrhea. Took only 16 drops per liter instead of 24. / 4 oz per hour.
Tuesday pm suddenly had cramps and now have liquid diarrhea again.
So I understand I should decrease my dose to 16 drops per liter/120 ml per dose per 1 hour ?
Can I take the coal tablets to combat diarrhea?
I need to go on a 4 hour road trip Sunday and cannot have a diarrhea problem .
But I also do not want to start over with my 21 day protocol
Any help would be appreciated to combat the side effect?

Also if someone can direct me to answers regarding what vitamins you CAN take What food to avoid, What remedies are allowed for the diarrhea, Should you take gather aid for loose of electrolytes. Acidophyllis ??

Usually, if you're going to have diarrhea with a herx, it will occur well before day 7. You can always back off in your dosing, but I'm thinking something else is happening. I'm thinking this is something else -

Any number of things you can take for electrolytes - just so long as it does not have vitamin C, ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate.

It would be great to do the 21 days straight through, and if you were dealing with an illness, I would strongly recommend it, but since you're doing just a preventative - I would think you can take a break during it and go back and finish after the trip.

Take no medicine except natural progesterone and supplements.I am 60 this month.Thank you again. Will slow down to 2 drops an hour and hope this will keep me from the BR until I am back home Tuesday. And get back up to 3 drops. Keep you posted.
Have been putting MMS on my ganglion and it is going down.
