Hi! I just bought some MMS and I would like to know what I should avoid while I'm taking MMS. I just read that I should avoid coffee and vitamin C. Are there some other things I should avoid??

Any antioxidant that you know. If you need to, try to schedule your antioxidant and your mms in separate time of the day. Vitamin C take about 4 hours to leave your body. Keep that in Mind.
