Inhaled MMS what can I do not to damage my lungs

Hi I was making the mixture for the first time this morning for my husband and I inhaled the mixture. I had 16 drops of MMS and 16 drops of activator.

I am afraid I may have damaged my lungs. I feel like I am taking in extra breaths. However, I am under a lot of stress. He is diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, on oxygen, lungs are filled with fluid. I am hoping this will work and get him out of the woods.

Unless you stood over it and inhaled for several minutes, you should be fine. I've inhaled MMS on and off for years - and yes, it did make me a little breathless for a bit (I coughed) -
