caught a cold while on CDH

I've been experimenting taking more than a maintenance dose to see if it might prevent me from getting colds and flu. I've been using CDH on protocol p115 (I take 3 ml every 15 minutes for two hours).

I caught something last night, either cold or flu, so I'm starting to think I can't prevent getting sick.

I did my usual 2-hour CDH protocol with added DMSO this morning to see if I can knock the cold out. I was planning to continue dosing every half hour after the initial 2-hours, but I threw up and was nauseous. I'm trying to start again every 1/2 hour this afternoon. I'll report if I was able to get rid of the virus or not.

I'll be going back to Jim's maintenance protocol when things clear up.

Seems that you had a sever 'bugger' !Now that you tackled that one, how about some vitamin B 12 and B 11? Just to build up the stones again in your body snd to feel good. It seems that a lot of people suffer from b12 shortage. Just a suggestion.

Hope you will be fine again. Usually after a herxheimer reaction (throwing up after mms) you will be cured.

Also note that die off can cause these 'cold and flu" like symptoms.

I believe that in the US, B11 is known as folic acid, which is how you will find it at the store. Typically, bloodwork will be for both B12 and folates - because if you only do the b12 test, it can cover up a folate deficiency.

Rey - could be die-off but I suspect a flu virus. It started with a scratchy throat and I had a fever. I think I'm healing pretty fast. Been taking CDH every half hour. If MMS can't prevent the flu, that's okay, because it seems to clear it up pretty fast. (fingers crossed)

As I understand your process you are doing a considerable amount of CD, and I find it difficult to believe, given your dosing, that anything could be caught by you.

I believe some viruses are not effected by CLO2 but that our immune system can be made stronger or at least less taxed by other pathogens, heavy metals, etc., so that it can do what it was designed to do better. So hopefully at least the flu will be shortened.
