dreadwork Offline Senior Member Posts: 73 Thank you received: 32	yes it does , i noticed the best results with mms myself when i copletely got off tea and coffee. they are also reach in antinutrients which makes for egsample magnesium deficiencies, and drain them and stop from absorbing.
