Can MMS help on Hypoxia

I am glad to post my first topic in this forum.

I want to ask if MMS can help a child boy 11 years old suffering from Hypoxia, and what is the proper protocol he can follow.

If Hypoxia is caused by a toxin or biological element, there is a chance of reversing symptoms.
Most likely a start on PC1000 with attenuation by child protocol all on this page here

It happens during his birth, and he suffer of some symptoms like difficult to speak, difficult to concentrate.

Please see childrens protocol as well to determine dosing by weight.
As always, one can start very slow with a very small amount if there is any concern over nausea etc.
