But if you are taking every hour and I know food stays on your stomach longer than an hour, are you suppose to go 8 hours without eating? If any man lacks knowledge, let him ask. That just wouldn't do would it? We would all become very skinny. When taking MMS 8 hours a day, just eat as normal and don't worry about it. Some of the CLO2 in the MMS will become neutralized but oh well, we gotta eat to stay healthy too, right?

I'm Scott McRae, creator of "The Antidote" & CDH with CLO2's help (Charlotte Lackney)

- I did a CDH injection / Chlorine Dioxide (CLO2) injection / IV push of 10ml of dilute 50ppm CDH / CLO2 into my blood 3 times in 11 hours & did before & after blood tests that showed that it did NO HARM to my blood, liver or kidneys. pam Offline Platinum Boarder Posts: 4593 Thank you received: 3703	Now Faith - you can eat through the 8 hour dosing (as Scott has mentioned) - would be good to keep food at least 15 minutes (or 30, if possible) away from your dosing - if you are unable to do that, just do the best you can. MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
