I just joined this forum. I stumbled across MMS on you tube. Started off things were pretty simple. I actually ordered a bottle of it and the Citric acid activator. I noticed things like some of the side effects. Then I stumbled across making CDS, after that I came across making cds with 4% HCI, after that I saw that they were doing 10%HCI. Now I have gotten confused. I came across a post on the 10% and could not find anything updated. I think that post was from this summer. I also was curious is one way any more effective than another way. Do some of the more serious diseases respond better to certain ways of mixing this, or do they all work equally effectively?
I also was curious as I had read somewhere DMSO was added internally, but have not seen much about that. Wondered if that was still being used?
Lots of questions? I guess many of you are used to that. Anyway, thanks for the info.

Hello jfoster and welcome to the G2C forum.

Yes, with all the different protocols and chemicals it can get confusing. The protocols can be found here: mmswiki.is/index.php?title=MMS_Protocols

10% HCL is used when making CDS and 4% HCL when making CDH. CDH is not officially announced yet, but there is a forum category for it if you want to learn about it.

And, you might want to get Jim Humble's book here:

Wow - I sure missed that important piece of information that 10% hcl is used when making CDS. I was about to make some with 4% and I would have messed it up.

Larry, it would still work, but you probably would not get 3000ppm. That is why 10% HCL is now used. If you don't have 10% HCL but have 4%, use about twice as much 4% HCL.

Thanks for that info. So that would lead me to another question though. I saw a video where Jim was making CDS with citric acid, you know the one where he was using the hot water to put the activated mms in. So why is the 4% HCI better than the 50% citric acid? IS there any advantages one way or the other?

I guess I should attempt to clarify my thinking. If you are getting a 12K ppm product, would it matter what activator you used? I am saying 12K ppm as he stated that you would just double your drops from regular mms to get the same dosage, and this was a good strength to use externally.
