Below are the instructions for making a 8 dose bottle to use throughout the day...my question is...I thought once the MMS was activated, that you HAD to drink it within a certain amount of time, or the Sodium Chloride would continue to form in the mixture...so how can you activate, put in the water (in a 1 liter container) and leave in a bottle for 8 hours at a time?? Just seems like a contradiction.

Instructions from Jim Humbles website:

How to Make & Take 8 doses in one bottle:

You will make a 1 quart (1 liter) solution that will be consumed over an 8 consecutive hour period in 8 hourly doses of 4 fl oz (125 ml) each hour. These instructions give the number of drops needed to follow MMS Protocol 1000. The normal 3 drop hourly dose can be reduced, if needed. (See chart above.) Reduce your intake if diarrhea, nausea or vomiting occurs or you feel worse.

❶ Add 1 quart (1 liter) of clean water to a clean 1 quart (1 liter) bottle that can be tightly sealed.

Use only a glass or HDPE plastic bottle.

❷ Mix 24 drops of MMS1 with 24 drops of 50% citric acid in a small, clean & dry

glass container. Swirl or stir mixture. Wait 20 seconds for activation to complete.

❸ From the quart (liter) bottle, add a small amount of water to the activated mixture.

❹ Pour the diluted activated mixture into the quart (liter) bottle of water and mix thoroughly.

❺ DMSO must be added just before drinking each dose. Pour out 4 fluid ounces (125 ml) of the

solution into a glass & add 3 drops of DMSO. Wait 3 minutes & then drink the dose.

❻ More hourly doses can be more effective. Make a 2nd bottle of solution if more than 8 doses

per day are desired.

The MMS1 solution will keep at room temperature if tightly capped & not in direct sunlight for as long as it retains the yellow color. In order to measure hourly doses, you can mark the bottle at every 4 fl oz (125 ml).

Hello, I have been using the PETE plastic, I was thinking it would be ok. I guess that is not the case or is it? Thanks

crazysince2013, PETE plastic is okay for your daily bottle, but some prefer glass.

ajgirl79, the longer MMS activates the more chlorine dioxide (CLO2) is released from the sodium chlorite, up to a point when no more activation occurs.

Classic MMS is activated for 20 seconds and then water is added. But, the activation will continue and release more CLO2 outside the body if not ingested right away. If classic MMS is ingested shortly after it is activated, then much of the activation takes place inside the body. Using this method, malaria has been 100% eradicated in individuals.

A new way to make MMS called CDH activates the sodium chlorite and releases much of the CLO2 outside the body and also improves the taste and smell especially if HCL is the activator. You can read more about CDH here: g2cforum.org/index.php/list/cds-chlorine-dioxide-healing-solution

So are you saying then, that no matter where the activation takes place...(inside or outside the body) the same amount of Chlorine Dioxide will be present in the mixture? And that the activated MMS will still be effective after sitting in a bottle 8 hours?

Also, thanks for the link re: CDH. I wish I would've known sooner about it, as I just purchased the regular MMS, DMSO and Monolaurin. Also got a 32 oz. bottle and a 4 oz. measuring glass for dosing...maybe they'll have ml measurements as well so I can try CDH in the future... ;)

Hi, ajgirl79. Yes, unactivated MMS (MMSU) (22.4% NaCLO2) will contain a certain amount of CLO2 and perhaps half of that can be extracted either by the acid you use when activating externally and/or the acids in your body. As you may know, our stomachs usually contain some HCL which can extract additional CLO2.

If you have LaMotte high range CLO2 test strips you can check it out for yourself that the daily bottle will have about the same CLO2 concentration in the last dose as the first. If 3 drops per dose or 24 drops in the 8 hour dosing bottle is used, then 1/8th of the bottle mixed in water for a total of 4 fl oz should measure about 25ppm. Just stick one of the LaMotte high range strips in the diluted dose and measure as per the instructions on the container.

CDH seems to hold its CLO2 concentration for weeks in a fridge. I personally take one daily dose from a glass 8 fl oz baby bottle (you can search for info on that technique) which contains 30ml of CDH and the rest distilled water. Dosing 1 fl oz per day for 8 days and then measuring the last dose, I find little or no reduction in CLO2 concentration. The bottle must have a cap that seals very well so the CLO2 gas won't leak out and keeping it below 50F helps keep the gas in solution.

For CDH I recommend getting some 4% HCL as that will improve the taste compared to citric acid, which should be 35% if you decide to use CA.
