Hi,

On yesterday, I received my mms1 package at 6 PM.

I began the protocol 1000 from 8.30 PM till 0.30 AM, one drop per hour. After the last one, the fifth drop I noticed that I need to rest and to go sleeping but at the same time, I got dizziness. I couldn't sleep because I felt dizzy in bed.
One of my legs would not stop fidgeting in bed during all the night.

Is it normal for these symptoms that I had before taking for the first time MMS, were getting worse ?

In this case, do I need to stop ? Any advise or recommendation would be appreciated, thanks.

No, rather than stop, drop back in your dosing. (And don't forget to take your water for the day!)

Start with 1/8 of a drop an hour or 1/4 of a drop an hour.

It would be better to dose in the morning, after wakening, rather than wait until just before bedtime. MMS leaves your body within 2 hours, so it should be gone long before bedtime -
