Hello everyone! I read the latest book, listened to a lot of interviews, and spent some time reading the site and forum posts. I ordered my stuff and just made CDH with the overnight method. It sounds like CDH with Protocol 115 is the latest recommendation, but not official? For a brand new beginner with no severe health emergency should I start with Protocol 1000, 1000+, 101, or 115 ? Thanks!
