I was doing the maintenance protocol for several weeks. I started protocol 1000 a week ago to see if it would help with my chronic neck pain problem. On protocol 1000 I'm getting a lot of loose phlegm in my lungs and coughing it up. Usually when I have a cold or something my lung mucus gets stuck and is very hard to cough up. Wondering if the MMS is clearing up some hidden lung infection. Does that sound likely? Thanks.

I've also been doing the protocol for breathing 2 drops slowly into my nose and then mouth. I've been doing this all along so I don't think it is cause of the loose phlegm but maybe it's gotten to be too much for me over time. The drops I was using are twice as big as they are supposed to be so I've been effectively inhaling 4 drops.

Removal of congestion should be a good thing - whether it's removing an infection or not, I can't say - but it does sound like you've got an excess of biofilm in the lungs, and it's removing some of that. MMS is non-specific in one regard, in that it goes for the pathogens that are there - but you can't always direct it - so you may have a problem you didn't even know about (say, left over phlegm from an infection) that gets targeted before something like inflammation -

You could drop back and do the inhalation on one drop - <G>

I've been on protocol 1000 for 3 weeks, now, and it is still causing me to cough up a lot of phlegm. It usually starts a couple hours after my last dose of the day. It seems strange that it hasn't cleared up, yet, but I'll just keep taking the MMS and hope for the best.

I have noticed that I feel much calmer on protocol 1000 than I did before taking MMS. I didn't notice this calmness with just the daily maintenance dose. I'd be interested to know what MMS is doing to make me feel calm. ??

Hi Larry

I was wondering what happened with your coughing up of phlegm? Last post was September? Jim talks about this in a CDS video I think.

I also wonder if you're supplementing with magnesium which I think is recommended when taking MMS for longer spells. Magnesium might also help with calmness I think? Perhaps your calmness could even simply be because you have a better health outlook or approach than before?

Hi Swimmer - thanks for checking in. The chest congestion is all better now. I'm not taking any extra magnesium.

I still think MMS made me feel more calm but that's subjective.

I do maintenance doses for the most part but sometimes I'll go on the new p115 protocol for a few days if I feel I need a boost. I'm using CDH instead of CDS for the p115.
