This is caused by scarring from spinal surgery and may be causing pain due to nerve damage, so it's not pathogen related, apparently. - I am not sure MMS can do it, but if it were me doing it, I'd try protocol 1000 or protocol 1000+ and the hand washes of MMS with added DMSO over the scarred area.
