I posted about not feeling well a few days ago but no response... I have repeated 18 drops activated MMS and did a bath with 30 activated drops today. I have been having sinus aches the past few days time and today my nose is running almost non-stop. Since I started on the baby bottle protocol, I have had gurgling every night but tonight is the worst, I don't have diarrhoea nor nausea but just gurgling. I also have had a strong headache since shortly after the bath. I also went the first night without Amitriptylin and tonight will be the second.

I am unemployed cannot buy more stuff and have MMS1, apple cider vinegar (which I just took a bit of), psyllium husks (I take daily), flax, hemp seeds. I am going to try to sleep now but doubt I will get to sleep for a while.

Always, if you are having a herx reaction, you need to back down on the number of drops of MMS, activated. I'm assuming you are doing 1 drop MMS to 5 drops of apple cider vinegar, correct? You will need to go slower.

I'm not sure what is causing this issue for you - Is it the MMS, is it the vinegar. Is it something else? You can certainly, for sinus issues, do the inhalation therapy or a neti pot, (let us know if you want the directions from the book on how to do that). It sounds like you're having an allergic reaction to something - but it will be hard to know exactly what.

Here is the baths section of Jim Humble's book:

The skin is the body’s biggest organ and can absorb MMS easily.
Run a hot bath and add anywhere from 5 to 20 drops of activated
MMS. If the water is not filtered, run it hot and let the vapor rise for
a few minutes. Stay in the bath for about 10 minutes. Depending on
your tolerance for MMS dosages, you could go up to about 40 drops.
Don’t be concerned about the tub of water diluting the MMS a lot.
Whatever number of drops you put in the water will come in contact
with your skin regardless of how full the tub is or how large it is.

Note that the amount of MMS to be used is 5-20 drops, activated. Up to 40 drops activated, depending on how you are tolerating the MMS. Since you feel you are not tolerating the MMS, I'd certainly drop back on the number of drops -

No, I am activating with citric acid 1:1, so yesterday I activated 18 drops MMS and 18 drops citric acid. You suggested I start with the baby bottle protocol, and that's what I am doing, in 250 ml water (sort of equates to your 8 oz). I have had quite a lot of gurgling (it mostly starts from about the sixth hour of the day) from the very start with just 1 drop 1:1. I think I will take a break today as my stomach is still very gurgly and breakfast is helping a little bit but still feeling it. I took apple cider vinegar last night to try to calm my stomach but it didn't do much... I always drink between 2 and 4 litres water every day.

Yes, I have always had a very sensitive system my whole life... Please post the inhalation instructions

I think I will take a break today. Thanks for the suggestions :)

I forgot to mention, that the eczema in my navel and right ear have gotten worse throughout the night, as well as my dandruff.
My digestive system has issues since forever, mostly with raw vegetables and fruit, bell peppers are also extremely problematic, causing heartburn and burping up the essence of the pepper for at least 10-12 hours time after having eaten it.
I don't know if these details help or not...

Psyllium and Flax are bulking agents. They can cause a bit of gas and griping also.

Peppermint leaves, very small amount may help with the burping and gas.
Ginger is good also.

I would not use MMS in immediate conjunction with any of these without some time separation

Thanks Steve, due to long problems of bowel movement problems, psyllium has been the only helping factor. I take it first thing in the morning with breakfast. So it is easily 1-2 hours time after that that I start MMS. I am hoping that by stopping Amitriptylin, these things will improve as the side-effects I have discovered, are great. I also have had much better bowel movements since starting MMS.

After reading on the Bulgarian site that one shouldn't stop the protocol, I have just taken 1 activated drop in a large glass of water and am already feeling much more energised.

Is it possible that the baby bottle protocol should be, at some point, graduated up to larger quantities of water? If the protocol 1000 is 24 drops in 1 litre of water, then to me, 18 drops in 250 ml is too concentrated???? I believe it possibly needs modifying.

I think that it will be , to a certain extent, personal. Typically, JH says that for every activated drop, you need at least 1 oz (~30ml) of water. At 18 drops, I would think you probably would need at least 60ml per serving. You may be very right there.
