HSV2 EYE INFECTION

I just recently hurt my eye and found out from the doc that the hsv 2 virus is attacking my retina. I am new to MMS but i have read the most recent book. I i started the 1000+ protocol and eye drop protocol. But i'm wondering if i should up the dose or take it longer than 8 hours. I'm in alot of pain and worried about my vision. The doc gave my some meds to push it back so could i take the meds to help and MMS? How long untill i feel any relief? any comments would be very appreciated.
