help with MMS in the netherlands

My sister in the netherlands has suffered many years with schizophrinia, but with the help of medication is managing this quite well. Now at the age of 55 she is showing signs and has been diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis. I want to help her, but live at the other side of the world. I want to know how she can find a reliable source for MMS as well as guidance and giving her confidence. She lives in South-Limburg. Anyone out there who can help us?
