pH of MMS1 (activated MMS?) was created by Imba
Hi perhaps this is a silly question, or a "you don't know this!" thing, but can anyone tell the pH of MMS1 and then what the pH of the drink is after it has been mixed with water. I am just wondering since my husband gets severe heartburn using it.
I am also just curious, I know MMS unactivated is alkaline...
thanks

MMS unactivated is highly alkaline - 13 on a 14 scale.

Adding the citric acid does bring the alkalinity down, usually into the 5's, which is where you will find fruit on a acid/alkaline scale.

It's possible your husband is having a reaction to the citric acid - maybe you need to change the activator for him. Try it with 5 drops of fresh lemon juice (let it activate 3 minutes) - see how that sits with his stomach.

We have a couple of more activator choices - citric acid and lemon juice (or lime juice or vinegar) are not the only ones -

If you click on Newsletters above, you will find a newsletter written in November of last year (if I recall correctly) about using a soft drink to activate. Amanda Mary and the Bulgaria Center use a specific OKF aloe drink (not all flavors work, just 4 of the many, and it needs to be OKF brand - others have added vitamin C) -

Also, there's more work being done now using hydrochloric acid - I've seen 4% to 10% - so if you choose to do this, check back and see if there's been an update on that.
