Hi I have been using the recommended teeth rinsing method that Jim talks about, it worked fine at first but it has left brown spots between my teeth I did not have before, in the grroves of the teeth. So what I strted to do is brush hard and long there with mms and even putting it on a small brush but to no awail, these brown dark things are there. What should I do and has anyone else experienced this?
Another thing I just recently heard is to try using unactivated MMS instead (skipping the citric acid) and brushing teeth with that. It said that this would be activated with the mouth acid. I tried it (put three drops in a perhaps 30 ml of water) and burshed and isntantly saw that my teeth whitened.
What do you guys think? Is the original method maybe not good (by protocol) and the second one better?
An what should I do about these brown stains?
Thanks in advance!!!
Imba

I've not heard of using the unactivated MMS for teeth - it is highly alkaline, which means you don't want to leave it in the mouth very long. If it works, it might be worth a try.

I might be using baking soda/salt on my brush to clean out the brown - which I've heard (don't know if it is true) that the "darkness" was caused by dying bacteria in the biofilm between the teeth.

pam, I think that you are right, as it could very well happen. I sometimes use the peroxide on my teeth, food grade of course. Thought that I would add my 2 cents.
