Hi all,
Today i have just mixed my citric acid which was in crystal form with distilled water and transferred it into the applicator bottle provided. Tonight when i went to have my 2nd dose i see that the citric acid has formed a hard base on the bottle and will not move even after shaking it. Is this normal or have i ruined this batch.

Regards
Rosie

Rosie, citric acid is good for about 2 years, but what I have found is that I actually prefer to use a little heat to melt it into the solution. Not much, and not in a metal pan (glass or ceramic are fine) - I'm guessing it just didn't get dissolved enough before it was put in the bottle. If you can get it out and the solution heated, it will probably dissolve fine.
