bathing and breathing

I have just begun taking mms slowly for morgellons. I recently began bathing in it, and wondered about the subsequent consequences of breathing it. I have experienced a sore throat and chest pain since, although now, 36 hours later I am feeling much better. I understand it can be inhaled as a treatment for the sinus's but I read that it should not be breathed with water, and not for long. I have also read in the protol re bathing, that hot water should be consantly used to open the pores, this of course produces a lot of steam which is inhaled. There doesnt seem to be any advice regarding this issue when bathing and I have spent a very worrying 36 hours feeling quite ill.

Any advie regarding the above and Morgellons and MMS would be very gratefully recieved,

I read about taking baths of MMS. IS there an alternative way if one doesn't have a bath tub?
