Hi, I've just started taking MMS, half drop an hour and after 2 doses I feel it is stressing my kidneys. I don't think I'm mistaken about this and wondering what might be causing it, has anyone had a similar problem? Could it be herx? I'm not really that ill, although it seems to instantly wipeout brain fog which I didn't even know I had. How does MMS and the kidney relate?

I know Vit C is good for kidney so am thinking about doing Rose Hip tea instead of every 2nd dose, so:

pro-oxidant dose (MMS), 1 hour, Vit C antioxidant (tea), 1 hour (repeat)

To the best of my knowledge, does NOT stress your kidneys - now, if you've got a parasite issue with your kidneys, you may have a reaction. MAY cause some increase in removal of toxins through the kidneys - so, for example, my swollen ankles tend to do better on MMS - but I do urinate more.

MMS is an oxidant. Deliberately increasing the antioxidant load in your diet, particularly in concentrated foods, like juices and supplements, will "kill" the MMS. I know that JH recently posted here on the forum to not even do the Vitamin C 2 hours after your last dose, and I'm assuming it's because we don't really know how long the antioxidant properties of Vitamin C will react with MMS. Personally, if it were me, I'd just drink more water.

Good tip. It'd be interesting to note what's been plaguing me all these years. Is it something I've specifically picked up from the outside (like something weaponized, something in vaccines) or just some weird psychosomatic reaction to normal bacteria that may or may not have overgrown for some reason or even the reaction itself (self-perpetuation within the inflammation) or me just becoming more sensitive (like with EMF sensitivity -- bacterial sensitivity.)

But having brain fog: would that tend toward virus/bacteria/fungus/parasites - what's the difference?

I suppose I'd need a live blood analysis to get a better picture, if I wanted it.

One of the most difficult things to get is an accurate parasite diagnosis. Most US docs just don't have the experience. Unless they can find the eggs in the various samples, they are at a loss - I do know that Dr. Yu, near Chicago, uses a machine, the Electro Acupuncture by Voll, EAV, also known as Electro Dermal Screening, EDS. And he gets good parasite testing results.
