Hi, I am planning to start protocol 1000 soon, it's an 8 hour daily program:

www.g2cforum.org/index.php/list/approved-mms-protocols/25000-protocol-1000-sacramental-mms-protocol

If one is supposed to give 1 hour on each side of a dose to be without food, then when in that program should one eat? Only at night?

This is my first usage of MMS.

Thank you.

actually, you can eat on the half-hour - assuming your meal is not highly anti-oxidant. Depending on what you're working with, you may wish to extend it -
6am mms
7am breakfast
8am mms
9am mms
10am mms
11am mms
12pm lunch
1pm mms
2pm mms
3pm mms
5pm, whatever you want to eat.

Hi. I am a bit confused about this topic. I heard that you should not take mms on an empty stomach. But also not with food. So wouldnt it make more sense for a schedule like this:

7 breakfast

8 mms
9 mms
10 mms
11 mms

12 lunch

13 mms
14 mms
15 mms
16 mms

18 dinner

Any other suggestions.. Thanks
