Will note that in my 12000ppm, I kept it tightly capped in the fridge and only took it out to apply it (saved it for cuts and such) - So, that also might make a difference.

Briefly - when you combine MMS and CA, you get chlorine dioxide (a gas), as well as some additional byproducts, such as hypochlorus acid and minimal amounts of other products. Jim Humble states that it is the chlorine dioxide that actually does the healing.
CDS (chlorine dioxide solution) is made by combining MMS and CA and then instilling the chlorine dioxide into distilled water - so here you have only the gas, not the acid or other byproducts. We have a whole forum or two on CDS, if you click on "Public Index" to the left you can see the various forums.

which is more potent activated MMS1 or CDS? I read that 3 drops CDS 12000ppm is equal to 1 drop MMS1 and that MMS1 lasts longer and goes deeper into the body than CDS 12000ppm if ingested. Is this true?

They're still finding which is best for what. They're different products. I don't think anyone can say one is More Potent than another, except in certain circumstances. As an example, they've seem to have found that CDS is better for skin issues - but even that I can't say - The Bulgarian center uses mostly CDS and has had good results with it.

It is largely dependent what condition you are trying to restore health too eg If it is Malaria we would use MMS1. Also the past medical conditions have to be taken into account etc, everyone here at the center in Bulgaria is assessed, we take into account the past medical conditions as well as the present and we base what sacraments are given on that basis.

can anyone tell me how to make CDS 24000ppm in 17oz water?
I don't know if I got it right? I mixed 30ml MMS with 30ml CA and let it bubble through an air diffuser for 3 hr. The baby bottle lightened in color but was still yellow and did not turn clear after all this time. I kept making the water hotter but after 3 hr it stopped gassing out even though the MMS was yellow and it smelled a little like clo2. So how many PPM do you think I have?

When you use the heat method, you can only tell what your ppms are via test strip measurement.
