How do you get 3000PPM down to 25/50PPM for drinking?

Was watching the YouTube videos with Jim and Andreas. Solutions are always so high. How can we easily adjust to 50PPM?

If you have a 3000ppm dose, the equivalent to a 3 drop MMS dose is to use 1mL of CDS - you will, of course, take it with water. I use 2 oz, recommended is 4oz. The dilution does not affect the dosing in this case..
