I personally have used it on IBS with success. It should handle the bacterial and inflammatory aspects of colitis. Celiac is another issue. It's an actual allergy to the proteins in glutens - there you would need to remove the gluten foods from the diet - but MMS would help with the inflammation.

We have used MMS for 3 weeks, 4dops every 2 hrs, with no definitive results. IBS continues to run its unpredictable course; except for artificial sweeteners which predictably cause severe cramping.
We have started a new product, (serovera). It has only been a few days so it is too soon to evaluate. Whoever finds the remedy for this malady gets the prize.

So this can supposedly cure cancer / life threatening disease but not colitis or something? Seems odd. I guess as long as one could get rid of the inflammation which causes the bleeding that would be quite beneficial.

Not can supposedly - there are sworn testimonials/affidavits that it has.

The question on the colitis will always be: What is causing it?

I would suggest the Specific Carbohydrate Diet, it is very effective for IBS, colitis, celiac, etc.

The main book on the subject is Breaking the Vicious Cycle by Elaine Gottschall B.A., M.Sc.
There is plenty free information online, recipes etc..

I followed this diet for several months and it is very good.
During the holidays it becomes harder to stick to it but when I feel some
symptoms of IBS, I go back to the strict diet and in a few days I am fine again.
In a way it is very similar to Jim Humble's recommendations.

I also believe that MMS plays a major part on healing the excessive pathogens in the digestive system
from these conditions, but without an appropriate diet, the injury continues.
