Stomach ache and diarrhea was created by junachar
I have been taking MMS for five days. I started with one drop the first day, two drops the second, three the third and by the fourth day a had a terrible diarrehea and pain in the upper part of my stomach. I take MMS at evening before dinner.
I think is a very low dosis to have that kind of reaction. I hava a good health in generaly except for a little blood preassure that i would like to correct.
Any sugestion?

jundachar, the protocol 1000 is to take no more than 3 drops (activated in 4 oz of water) an hour for 8 hours a day. You would start with 1 drop an hour activated with extra water over the eight hours, and then 2 drops the next day, etc. You can build up even my half drops (make a 1 drop dose and take it over 2 hours) - Mark has a YT on how to prepare an 8 hour dose with 24 drops (assuming 3 drops an hour, but you could do 12 drops, which would be 2 drops an hour, etc.)

Thanks for answering. Do you recomend to follow protocol 1000 strictly ? Remember i only took one time a day and that was enough to cause me this symptoms.

junachar, I'm not sure what is causing your diarrhea - it could be an allergy to citric acid - There is a protocol that might make it easier for you called the baby bottle protocol (not an official Jim Humble one, but one that Kerri Rivera devised for children with autism).
Michael has it here. www.michaelharrah.us/index.php/Protocol/baby-bottle-method-adults.html Basically, you would start with 1/8 of a drop an hour.
Another option would be making CDS - I would recommend the shot glass method. CDS is a lot easier on the stomach. I'm currently doing a 6 drop equivalent every hour of CDS, and 3 drops of MMS makes me queasy. I'm willing to bet that a 3 drop MMS equivalent of CDS would not cause the problems.
