Adding MMS to our family health regimen was created by Ayda
Hi everyone,
I ordered the videos and trainings and I am going through it slowly. I am trying to effectively add it to my family's health regimen. My daughter-14 has a lot of allergies and my son(4) has issues with upper respiratory infections to a point where we have to take him to the emergency room to get steroid shots and put him on inhalers to open up his lungs. He gets congested during fall as well. It seems to hit him hardest when we travel to Canada for family vacation during summers.
My husband and I decided to utilize MMS as a healthy protocol for our family. I have weak kidneys so I am a bit cautious about taking too much. He decided to take it for his mouth sores to see if he can keep them away.
I do take some acupunture herbs to strengthen my kidneys so I am not sure if MMS would interfere with the herbs? Can anyone tell me if I should stop the herbs? I was also looking at doing the gallbladder and liver cleanse by Andreas Moritz. I did that last year with amazing results and this year I would like to start the healthy regimen for myself with the flush & MMS? I was wondering if anyone out there has done anything like this. I also would like to know if there is any instructions on douching and/or enemas with MMS?
I put the activated MMS into Cider for my son. Is this OK to do?
Thank you so much for everyone taking the time to read and respond. It is great to see how this community is growing and helping each other.
Thank you again!

As long as you give yourself a little times between the herbs and MMS dosing, you should be fine.
The problem with cider is that if it has any preservatives at all in it, you're probably negating the MMS. JH has stated that with protocol 2000, you only want hand-pressed or hand-juiced apple juice. Just keep that in mind.
