Herx reaction

I had a herx reaction to MMS1 & bought some over the counter anti diarrheoa tablets to counter it. Was that the right or wrong thing to do?

The correct thing to do is to lay off The MMS until the diarrhea clears, then start again on a lower dose and work you way back up gradually.

You probably took too much MMS1, please reduce the dose, but keep taking it, unless diarrhea is too bad.
That's the normal way.
You also can do what Revrob says (stop MMS1 and wait), it is an alternative too.
