Should I be taking vitamin c after last dose of MMS/CDS ?

I just want to clarify, I have read somewhere that it's ok to take vitamin c 2 hours after the last dose of MMS/CDS, is it actually recommended that you should take vitamin c ?

It is not "recommended" per say that you take vitamin C while you are taking MMS, because it inactivates it.

If you are doing the protocol it might be best to forgo your vitamin C for a little while. But if you really want to take it you need to separate the dose of vitamin C by 2-3 hours from your MMS doses.

If I'm doing the protocol during the day I just take my vitamins in the evening 3 hours after my last dose of MMS, when I know there will be more than 2-3 hours until my next dose.

The only time Jim Humble has recommended Vitamin C is in the case of people with atherosclerosis. (if you want me to go into the why and wherefore, let me know) And then at least 2 hours after your last dose of MMS, as Colleen has mentioned.
