Vitamin C and MMS/Apple Cider Vinegar and MMS was created by shannonbrady
Hi...I'm new to this so I have lots of questions even though I've been reading everything I can. I understand that Vit. C cancels out the effects of MMS...but is there an amount that might be allowable? The reason I ask this is that I drink a protien shake right when I return from the gym (on good days
) when I am able to go....and it has 30 mgs. of Vit C. I want to take a dose of MMS when I return but I also want to drink the protien shake.
My second question....I also take raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar...and info on this and it affecting MMS?
Feedback is appreciated!! Thanks!

Shannon

You can do the shake and then wait a couple of hours before starting the MMS. Since I don't know (an I have never seen) how long the ascorbic acid you take in supplements remains in the body and affects the MMS, I can't tell you if 2 hours is long enough - If it were me, I'd leave all ascorbic acid off until just before bed - or 2 hours after your final dose.
Sometimes you just can't do it all. It sounds to me like the protein shake is more important to you than the MMS - which is fine - and may not be an issue if whatever you're taking the MMS for is not life-threatening.
The ACV should be fine.

Do it in the evening, 2 hrs after your last dose of MMS - (MMS only hangs out in the body for 1.5 to 2 hours) -

Pam,
I discovered today that Apple Cider Vinegar after a meal stopped my nausea.
I took 1 ts in 1/2 cup of water.
As you said, I don't think ACV has any antioxidant power.
