I'm new to all this just joined this site and am on my 3rd day of taking mms, somewhere on this site , I cant find it now, I saw a link about taking mms in capsule form. I have some empty capsules so I experimented with mixing 3 drops of mms with 3 drops of citric acid and then adding just a few drops of water and using an eye dropper to put the whole lot into a capsule. It has given me diareah I think its going into my stomach too concentrated. I thought I'd be able to give my teeth a rest from the citric acid this way. I dont know that much about mixing the mms , but it seems you do need a reasonable quantity of water to dilute the mms down with. I'd like to know if after you have activated the mms and put the water in if that stops the activation and what would happen if you left the mixture activating for longer than 20 seconds

Hi insite,

You might want to start off with less drops (if you are getting diarrhea) Also .... what I usually do if I am doing MMS capsules, is drink 6 oz of water Before I take the capsule.... then, swallow the capsule.... and then take another 8oz of water, to buffer the MMS capsule.

If you get diarrhea, and the MMS seems harsh for you, you might also consider taking Scotts's 7 Day Fridge MMS method, which is the post at the bottom of this page:

I have taken this myself, and got no diarrhea or nausea (and I was up to 8-10 drops an hour with this method)
