Questions about MMS2 was created by BaLanZe
Hi everyone! In 2 days I'll get my MMS2 capsules and I have some questions.
1) Because I couldn't get the MMS2 in powder I'll will open all the capsules and drop the MMS2 in to a bottle and refile the capsules with the proper amount everyday. I have some vegetal capsules, is there any problem about using those instead gel capsules?
2) I've been taking MMS1 for 10 days now, and every 30 minutes after taking it I drank 4 oz of water to keep hidrated,. I read that with MMS2 I have to dring 12 oz of water before and another 12 after taking MMS2. Can I keep drinking the water between MMS1 intakes? WIth the water used to prepare MMS1 I would be drinking abour 5 litres of water everyday. Isn't that a lot of water?
3) I read about people having trouble taking MMS2 before going to bed, and had to take several showers among the night. Why do people take that shower? Any secondary effect I am not awared of?
Thank you very much for your answers.

Hi BaLanZe,
That was me who couldn't make it to the bathroom in time

I wouldn't recommend taking MMS2 right before bedtime. It might be fine, but for me, somehow the effect was more dramatic at night (when I take it during the day, very little to no diarrhea) and it was sudden and impossible to tell that it was coming until it was out
So, moral of the story is: save your sheets, towels, clothes, and dignity by doing MMS2 during the day

Ah ok then!! I thought it was a general issue. I know the feeling about that kind of diarrhea, 9 years ago I stayed at the hospital because I got Salomellosis from some eggs and the second day nurses decided me to wear diapers because I was ruining hospital sheets and maybe 10-15 underpants. Thank you about the information and yeah if I can avoid it I won't take MMS2 before going to bed
.
Thanks again Megg and JJ for your fast answers.

Hello Balanze,
About the water intake. 5 liters of water a day seems too much to me.
I make my MMS1 for the day in one litre of water in total. I don't take extra water, dehydration is no problem.
With the MMS2 I drink my MMS1 dose before I take the capsule and a small cup again straight after.
The total of liquid/water I drink for the administering of MMS 1 and 2 is less then 2 litres.
I hope this helps.
Best wishes,
marianne

Marianne,
Can we take MMS1 and MMS2 at the same time? maybe I misunderstood thinking we should do them 1/2 hour apart.
I drink at most 8 cups of water a day, including the diluted MMS1. Thanks, Evanir

Hello Evanir,
Thank you for your question. for protocol 2000 you take MMS 1 for at least 10 times every hour. On every second hour, so with the MMS1 dose at the same time, you can add the MMS2, in the capsule. It will enhance the working of the MMS1 as it takes it deeper into the tissue.

Thanks mariannhvw for your answer, I am taking extra water between MMS1 intake because first days I had my mouth very dry. When I get my MMS2 I think I will try to take not more than 2 liters of water besides the 1 liter of MMS1 prepared.
For the MMS2 intake I must have missread Jim's book because I understood I had to drink 12oz of water before the capsule and another 12oz rigth after for getting the reactions.
I'll see how I manage all this and I'll keep all of you informed. Thank you.

hi balanze
You will be fine with it, just listen to your body, if the MMS2 causes discomfort it means you have to drink some more. But only a quarter of a capsule of MMS2 at the time.
best wishes,
