How about in Australia? It is a "dangerous good" here, so I doubt that a civilian would be able to import it. Is there a supplier onshore with reasonable pricing?

I can make 6 batches, or 3 liters of MMS1 for around $110 myself. If I were to purchase this allready made up from MMSAustralia, it would cost me $310 for the same volume not including shipping. If I were to produce commercial quantities, It would probably cost even less. The 163 gram bottles are around $0.26 and so insignificant really. Is there a supplier of the 80% powder here in Aus with a more reasonable price? Alternatively, I can purchase 31% solution for $8.95 per kilo. What is the protocol for using the liquid? Is it simply diluting it down a little or is it likely the liquid has been cut with something? I intend to make CDS, so will not be ingesting the MMS1.
