coffee, oranges, Vit C, ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate (used as preservatives).

No one from JH's group has actually written about tea - I've seen it batted around here, but I've seen a lot of stuff batted around here, based on people's beliefs about foods, etc. - but if coffee is a no-no, I'm guessing green tea might also be an "avoid for an hour or two before first dose or an hour or two after last dose."

Black tea has less antioxidants than green tea - I wouldn't do a cup an hour, but you could have one in the morning and one at night - IMHO - without doing much damage. Know that if you decide to go off coffee, you'll have a caffeine withdrawal headache that will surprise you. It takes about 2 days to clear the system if you quit cold turkey

You have three choices, MJB. Either cold turkey (ouch) or to cut your caffeine down each day. If you drink 6 cups a day, then drink 4 the next day, and 3 the next day and 2 the next day and then 1 the next day, then 1/2 - etc. Or, mix your coffee with decaf, half and half to start (decaf has a little caffeine) - then start upping the amount of decaf until you're entirely on decaf.

:silly: I only drink like 2 cups maybe 3 a day if that. half the time it sits and gets cold. So going off of coffee won't be a prob. i know what those withdrawl headaches feel like...lol been there done that. When i quit smoking is when my intake of coffee decreased.

Should be fine Didi - at the very worst, it would make the initial dose a little weak, but I doubt that it would affect later doses.
