Those things should not be detrimental to humans, since SC is approved to be used on foods without rinsing. As with anything, some are better than others. I have a hot tub (spa) and I know I can use sodium chlorite (non activated) as the sanitizer and maybe be better/less harmful than the di-chlor I use now, do you have any idea how much should be used per gallon and how often it shold be added?

It sounds like the Spainish stuff has less junk in it and the China has the most...go figure. I certainly would like to be using the best quality available.

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
