Hi this is my first day on this forum.

I did MMS a couple of years ago but stopped when I fell pregnant.
I'm now breastfeeding and have been advised it is safe to do MMS while breastfeeding. (I'm nervous about that)
Im confused about what dose to take because the new MMS i just purchased came with very little instructions and dont match the instructions I was given a couple of years ago and dont seem to match what I find online.

instructions say 1 drop MMS to 1 drop citric acid (CA) and 1-2 mins activation - no mention of how often
old instructions say 1 drop MMS and 5 drops of CA and 3 mins activation - start with 1 drop then increase 1 per day until you hit 15, increase it to 15 twice per day, maintain this for 7-10 days then reduce intake to 5-6 per day.

can anyone explain why the new instructions say only 1 drop of CA not 5?
and now i see there are sooooo many protocols that I dont know which one to follow, also bearing in mind, im breastfeeding.

its for general detox, possible parasites, possible, heavy metal detox (? dr test showed a heavy metal that was a colour which didnt match any of the heavy metals it tested for), severe bloating, lethargy, possible candida, unexplained frequent urination.

anyways, I love this stuff and Im keen to start ASAP! so if someone more knowledgable could PLEASE suggest what protocol I should follow that would be so so wonderful xx

also, my son is 18 months... lets say if i had parasites wouldnt that mean he might and therefore is it safe for a child this age to use MMS?

very kind regards
Didi

Didi - the new protocols are a lot easier than the older 15 drops 3x a day.

Yes, start with 1 drop activated (they've sent you the 50% citric acid, so you only need 1 drop to activate, vs years ago when it was 10% and you needed 5 drops) for 20 seconds.

You do that once an hour for 8 hrs.

The easy way to do it is to take a quart container (not metal) - like a sports bottle that has 4oz markings on it already - and make up an 8 hr dose (starting with 8 drops activated and 32 oz) - then just do 4 oz an hour. if 1 drop an hour is easy, then go to 2 drops and spend a day or 2 there, if still OK, go to 3 drops an hour for 8 hours. This is usually the highest amount we do these days. 3 drops an hour. Remember that MMS only stays in the blood 1.5 to 2 hrs max - so you're washing it out, too. If you have any sort of herx reaction, drop back in amount.

Jim found it was better to have low doses pretty consistently over time than big doses, since it is gone in 1.5 to 2 hrs.

This is the new protocol 1000, and you can find it on Jim Humble's webpage www.jimhumble.biz along with a video from Mark, showing how to make it.

ok thanks for that
i will look for that video you mentioned
im confused
i thought it was only active for a short period therefore im confused how you can make up an 8 hour batch to sip over 8 hours?
also confused as i can imagine how to do that without being consumed at same time as food at least a few times over 8 hours - dont you have to have it not within one hour of food?
i will look for the video and am keen to hear your response as i want to persevere and do whatever protocol is considered best

ok i found the link ta
:)
genesis2church.is/mms-protocol-1000.html
so why does it have to be plastic? so you can see through it and mark it for doses?
and does it HAVE to be in the fridge? im not home everyday so need to take it with me... not sure if i need to keep it in a cooler bag on ice? what is the science there? must be kept at certain temp?

Sure. Here's the video - I found it from the www.jimhumble.biz website, clicking on the 1000 and 2000 protocol link (not the genesis2church.is link)

Clear plastic so you can see the 4 oz measures - yes, most sports bottles are clear - or are colored, but you can still see through them. I have on dark purple, but it's still easy to see the liquid inside.

MMS made up for a day does not have to be kept in the fridge - it just needs to be protected from UV light, so you could keep it in a bag. CDS needs to be kept cool as it starts to offgas at around 51degrees F. When I'm doing CDS, I use a child's lunch bag, and keep the premix in a 16 oz medicine syrup bottle, because it has ounce markers. That's different.

MMS is only active in the blood from between 1.5 and 2 hours - after all, it's going around taking out the pathogens, and as it takes out a pathogen, it dies itself, so after 1.5 to 2 hours, it's spent. When you're carrying it around, it lasts a lot longer - several days if kept dark and not opened. That's why you can make up a day's worth at a time.

hmmmmm, did I answer all your questions?

Thank you!!! :)
So metal stainless steel would b ok if u were pouring out a measure? No interruption to chemical reaction? I have metal containers at present.
Also not understanding two things re new protocol
1- when taking hourly, how can u possibly not take it close to having food? Doesn't it have to b an hour before food?
2- when taken hourly, how can u possibly not take it at same time as consuming vitamin c? I can control my vitamin supplement intake but what about natural vitamin c in fruit and veges?

Didi, I would use only plastic or glass around MMS. It oxidizes metals - I don't know how fast, but you don't need to be drinking it.

Natural vitamin C in veges and fruits (except oranges) seem to be OK. Supplements should be taken 2 hrs before the first or 2 hrs after your last dose of mms.

If you're eating food, try to have your food midway between doses. If you find it takes longer than 30 minutes to eat, just start your next dose 30 minutes after you've finished your food.
