Thank you all for your reply, the taste is too hard for me so i got classic cider vinegar apple today is this any good? and can i make home made apple juice? if you can what must i not eat and type of juice or fruit i must not eat? Thank you very much for your time God bless you all...........xxx

Hi Oke,
Yes, you can use cider vinegar to activate MMS1, no problem. Activate in clean, dry glass or plastic container, 5 drops of cider vinegar (acetic acid) to 1 drop MMS, wait 3 minutes and add a small amount of water to stop activation, then add water and juice (homemade apple juice is great!) and drink. We usually use 1/4 juice, 3/4 water, but you can use more juice if it helps with the taste.
The main thing to avoid when you're taking MMS is vitamin C, but also coffee and alcohol will interfere with the effectiveness of MMS and CDS - chlorine dioxide sources.
