hi you all,
after reading jim's very first book, i used mms for prostate enlargement. this is about 4-5 years ago but i could not get pass the nausea. up to 7-8 drops and gave up. i am willing to start again but luckily there are some new developments. but this now confuses me.

for example, i have a shiny silver bag that contains citrus acid crystals. the writings on the envelope states it makes 20 fluid oz of 10% solution.

some remedies uses/state 50% solution. but i can use other catalysts - vinegar, lemon juice etc. i read the preferred way to accomplish activation is to use 50% citric acid.

where or how do i make/acquire the 50% solution? as of now... i can use Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV). with using 5 drops of vinegar per drop of MMS..

what makes the preferred method be the recommended activator?

and i will begin with 1 drop.

Acid Citric 50% (20 seconds activation) preferred

Acid Citric 10% (3 minutes)

Lemon and Vinegar (3 minutes)

Hey stephenw - alfernandes has provided good advice. I like using the 10% solution of CA and to make it just take your silver bag of CA crystals, and add it to 20 fl oz of distilled water. Make sure it dissolves (heat it slightly in a pyrex glass container if necessary) and presto - you have an activator. Now put it into a dropper bottle that will dispense the same drop size as your MMS source and you are away!

I like the 10% solution, as it provides for easier measurement when taking small doses which then activate over 3 minutes. Imagine trying to handle two drops in a glass when you are trying to do 1 drop pd MMS?

Check out the protocol 1000 (or sacrament) in this forum by searching for it, alternatively check the main web page. MMS dosage and nutrition is imperative for treating that prostrate. Also try taking a solution of Sodium Bicarbonate in water (1 tsp) to reduce your body acidity. I also recommend pumpkin seed in you daily "fix" of nutrients, as it provides essential nutrients like selenium etc.
