Blessed/Sally,

When I was on the old protocol I pretty much ate everything I ate before, as diet was not as big an issue at that time...and I still had that "shaking experience" - which confirmed to me that mms works and it didn't matter what I was eating...

now i see people talking about cutting out this and that, till you don't know what to eat. it's very confusing and it needn't be.

I think that people who are "tweaking" with jh's protocols and offering a reduced timeframe to get a negative PCR blood test are using diet as the one thing that may or may not lead to that negative result quicker.
Meanwhile, it's the mms, mms2, dmso and cds that's killing off the pathogens that will lead to a negative result, but along with good solid diet, which keeps the immune system strong.

Bringing it back to simplicity and common sense...jimhumble said stay away from vit c and other anti-oxident supplements for 1.5 -2 hours before or after taking mms (naturally when you eat there are anti-oxidents in the food- I don't take mms for 1.5-2hours before or after eating)...keeping this in mind, I believe you can eat just about anything you need to maintain a strong immune system and feel good, except the things that aggravate hsv obs.

take care

So when do you eat, or how much mms do you take if you don't eat both 2 hours before and after mms... if you follow protocol 1000 or 2000, it means you stop eating for either 12 or 14 hours?

Hi,
ALL

We should take doses of MMS according to a schedule (notebook ) between meals and must be given a time of 30 minutes after the same meals, for example:

Breakfast - 6:00

30 minutes (interval)

1. Dose of MMS -7:00

2. Dose of MMS -08:00

3. Dose of MMS - 09:00

Snack - 30 minutes (interval)

4. Dose of MMS - 10:00 and so on.

NOTE:
PROTOCOL 1000 ( 3 doses activated 8 x hourly)

PROTOCOL 2000 is for cancer and other life threatening diseases. It basically is
ingesting as many drops of activated MMS1 each hour as a person can take without
becoming any sicker, or feeling worse, or developing diarrhea. It must be done for 10
hours a day, for 3 weeks or until well.

Thanks kindly for your answer alfernandes...I use a notepad and write down the times I take my doses/meals, it acts as a motivator in actually doing the protocol.

I am folowing the Jhon D. Protocol and I there is a contradiction, it would be nice if we as a comminity and fellow mmsers ould get together and come up with an agreement. I was very confused so I decided to just take out food that contain antioxidants to be on the safe side, and that is it. I love berries and raisins I say they are nature's candy but I guess to regain my heath It wont hurt to stop eating them.

Best wishes to all.

I just posted on a different thread, but I'll post here as well.

I can attest to antioxidant foods affecting the mms. I have no evidence other than my own meandering experience. So here goes....

Beginning of this year I did 5 weeks of mms1 and rubbing it on the lower spine at the start. I did the lower spine 3x's a day for 4 days, had to stop for 3 days from burning myself from leaving it on all day. After 3 days off I did the lower spine for 3 more days and burned myself again. I stopped and didn't start again (which I believe caused my failure).

Anyway I ate mostly burgers, chicken tenders, a lot of French fries, etc. After 5 weeks I tested negative on a pcr DNA blood test. I waited 3 months of no mms at all and igc antibody test and tested positive. So in may I started the mms protocol with the lower spine twice a day (half hour max) and eating the same as before. But after about 2 weeks I came across the undergroundcure.com diet information and changed my diet completely. My entire diet consisted of:

Breakfast: grits and some fruit

Lunch/dinner: chicken/salmon/talapia broccoli, green peppers, spinach leaves, corn on the cob, sweet potatoes, cucumbers

Fruits: strawberries, cherries, apples, pears, watermelon

Seasonings: olive oil, lemon and pepper

That was 100% of my diet. After 6.5 weeks on this diet I just had an outbreak a few days ago. This is the first I've had since I first started the protocol in late December 2011. And during my 3 months waiting period I was back to eating chocolate, nuts, peanut butter etc. So based on my experiences I'd have to agree with the assesment that antioxidants neutralize the mms before it can work.

I think this is the one thing that people often over look when doing an MMS program, which is the quality of foods that they put into their stomach while they are detoxing.

When we detox, it brings up some emotional stuff, which then creates cravings for certain bad foods, and we want to satisfy those cravings and the MMS makes those cravings even MORE intense, for the simple reason we are detoxing them ... and we need to be aware of this. I feel this needs to be written and talked about more in the MMS literature.

We may eat a certain type of food that releases antioxidants. that after 5 hours, is finally active in our system, and that maybe the time when we are taking the MMS.

I have aways felt that more emphasis and study needs to put on the foods we eat WHILE we are on an MMS protocol ... maybe having a list of the best foods to eat while doing MMS. Cause there is no use in even doing an MMS protocol if a person is just going to turn around and put the SAME foods in their system that created their condition in the first place.

Just my thoughts....
