I now know that anti oxidents are an mms enemy I've done a brief study on foods that are high in anti oxidant and looking for the food that is low in anti oxidant cause finding a food that is 0 or having no anti oxidant is (I think is impossible). But I've found this list and this site.

www.biomedcentral.com/content/supplementary/1475-2891-9-3-S1.pdf
antioxidants-nutrients.com/

With my studies vitamin A C and E are high in anti oxidants

My question is can any one give me tips on what foods that are low in anti oxidant to help.

And JD if you can add any thing that'll be great.

Actually it does... it says that Jim has stated that food antioxidents are OK (other than oranges, added vitamin C and ascorbic acid)

So to answer your questions.. you can eat what you like if you keep away from the above mentioned.

I eat tons of bread, German/Italians.... we are big on bread...loll
John D mentioned no antioxidants, unless it is added to the bread I dont think it has it.
he also said rice but white because the brown one is too healthy, mac and cheese, tons of meat, especially chicken breast, and pasta with Alfredo sauce because the tomatoes souce is really good in antioxidants, once you cook the tomatoes it has more antioxidants than raw. I dont know if what I am doing is correct but I want it to post it.

Blessed/Sally,

When I was on the old protocol I pretty much ate everything I ate before, as diet was not as big an issue at that time...and I still had that "shaking experience" - which confirmed to me that mms works and it didn't matter what I was eating...

now i see people talking about cutting out this and that, till you don't know what to eat. it's very confusing and it needn't be.

I think that people who are "tweaking" with jh's protocols and offering a reduced timeframe to get a negative PCR blood test are using diet as the one thing that may or may not lead to that negative result quicker.
Meanwhile, it's the mms, mms2, dmso and cds that's killing off the pathogens that will lead to a negative result, but along with good solid diet, which keeps the immune system strong.

Bringing it back to simplicity and common sense...jimhumble said stay away from vit c and other anti-oxident supplements for 1.5 -2 hours before or after taking mms (naturally when you eat there are anti-oxidents in the food- I don't take mms for 1.5-2hours before or after eating)...keeping this in mind, I believe you can eat just about anything you need to maintain a strong immune system and feel good, except the things that aggravate hsv obs.

take care
