herpes Outbreak, how to treat it topically ? was created by Blessed/smartyme
Hellooooo mms-ers..
I am currenlty on a protocol for hsv 1 and 2, since I started mms I have been getting many herpes outbreaks, I believ that it is the mms irritating the heck out of this nasty virus and thus, making it come out..
I was adviced to do a mixture of mms/ca and dmso and apply it topically to the outbreak with an ear swab. I have been doing this at least 4 to 3 times per day for 3 days and the OB is not going shrinking or disappearing, it is still itchy and painful. I purchased my mms supply from Keavy's corner, at one point I though the mms is not doing anything but then again it is making it come out more, like non stop. any suggestion how to treat this?
I have been enduring these obs for 3 weeks already first it was the oral OB and now genital, I cont wait for this to end, yet I still wonder why the OB is not being reduced in size or stopped from fully developing when mms is being applied topically.
thanks
Sally

Wonder if it would be better to spray - rather than use a q-tip. (cotton tipped swab) - There is a limit to the time you have DMSO on the skin - usually, you rinse it off in 4 minutes.

@ Pam
Does the 4 minutes limit pertain to the genitals ? I use DMSO on my back and I leave it for at least 20 minutes, then rinse.

I am repeating what Jim Humble has written. If you can leave it on 20 minutes without irritation, IMHO, go for it. And I know that the mucous membranes are more sensitive than "skin" - just be aware of your own body and it's limitations.
