Yes, you can do CDS and MMS2 together (following protocol 2000, using the CDS for the MMS)
How much CDS depends on the strength of the solution. Jim Humble says to do as much as 10-12 drops of MMS an hour on protocol 2000.
If you are using a 3000ppm/L CDS, that would be 3-4cc or 3-4mL per hour. I know of someone who has been using 10x the "normal" dosing in CDS - IOW, they're using 10mL per hour. They're using their own body as an experimental laboratory - this is NOT an official church protocol.
As with all of the protocols, I suggest starting low and going high - in other words, start at .5 mL per hour, and if you're doing fine after 2 hours, go to 1mL per hour. Build up.
